TDI is a Tourism Business Investment Services and Business Management Company. TDI’s vision is to make a positive difference in the market it operates in, by participating in developing the tourism industry and make positive impact in the society be creating jobs, attracting foreign tourists and investors. In addition, TDI’s objective is to make a sizable and respectful profit for its investment partners from this rapidly growing market, and grow the company to become one of the leading businesses in this industry.  

Business Opportunities: TDI’s objective is to search for good business investment opportunities, prepares feasibility studies / Business Plans and present them to the investors. Once a project Is approved for investment, and for an agreed fees for its services, TDI will establish and register the project, in the name of the investors, under the Yemen Investment Authority Laws that permits foreigners to own businesses in Yemen up to 100%.   

Business Management: TDI offers management services for the established business, as well as other businesses that may already exist, and need this king of services. TDI’s income from its business management services will be in the form of:

• A percentage ownership of the business

• A fixed monthly income

• A percentage of the profit

• A percentage of the revenue, or

• A combination of some, or all of the above.

Arrangements can be made with the investors (Business Owners) whether the employees involved in the management team of a particular project, are the employee of TDI or the employees of the investors.
